In addition to the regular home owner association responsibilities we offer unique features to our clients which no other H.O.A.s. offer. We think you will find that our company is uniquely qualified to manage your association for some of the following reasons: 

1.)   HOA Management is our only business. We are therefore involved with the needs of your association and laws that pertain to Homeowner Associations. This means that we are totally focused on HOA needs and not real estate, rentals or commercial leases.   Three of our managers have more than 8 years of experience and all managers are certified or are involved in certification programs.

2.)    We already manage associations in Marin & Sonoma Counties which means that managers are already near your area. Our SANTA ROSA office is at Coddingtown.

3.)   ALL checks are signed by a Board member. Two signatures for reserve checks.

4.)    We have a NO FEES agreement with local Banks for all banking services including lock box and ACH (automatic check handling) that we can share with your Association. For no extra charge we also shop for CD placements to maximize the interest income for your reserves. 

5.)    We have 24 hour on call for emergencies using a switchboard with real operators. An experienced manager is on-call for the switchboard to contact 24/7.   

6.)   We conduct exclusive quarterly Board/committee member education seminars to help volunteers with their responsibilities.

7.)   We do not toll telephone or FAX charges and add them to your bill.

8.)   We use a custom accounting software program designed specifically for HOAs that is comprehensive and yet easy for the Board to work with.  We have also organized an exclusive work order and correspondence management data base that improves continuity and Board oversight without having to read each item.
